Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FastSLA ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FastSLA is a cloud-based SLA tracking service that integrates with third-party issue management systems (such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Issues) via webhooks. FastSLA calculates SLA status, tracks breach timelines, and provides reporting on top of data you send to the Service.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@fastsla.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use the same account unless you have a plan that explicitly permits it.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the Service is suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before permanent deletion.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Send excessive webhook volume that unreasonably burdens our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable data protection law.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you send to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant FastSLA a limited licence to store, process, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data to train models or for any purpose other than operating the Service. On account closure, Customer Data is deleted within 90 days upon request.

7. Integrations and third-party services

FastSLA connects to third-party services (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.) through webhooks you configure. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with their respective terms of service.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with or without advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

FastSLA and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of FastSLA and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSLA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

FastSLA does not warrant that the Service is error-free or that SLA calculations are guaranteed to be accurate in all scenarios. You are responsible for validating outputs against your own SLA obligations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@fastsla.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
